Achieving our mission requires collaboration with many diverse organizations. Enterprise knows how to collaborate. We believe a good partner is trustworthy, predictable, and honest. We bring these qualities to our many partners, and in turn benefit from the same qualities they offer to us as we pursue shared initiatives built on what we each do best.

Affiliated Tribes of Northwest Indians Economic Development Corporation (ATNI-EDC) - ATNI was established in 1953 by Tribal leaders and represents over 50 Tribes throughout a seven state region, which includes Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Alaska, Montana, Nevada, and Northern California. The Economic Development Corporation (EDC) was formed in response to the need for economic self-sufficiency within tribal communities. Program services created and operated within the EDC were established at the request of the ATNI member Tribes.

City of Astoria - The Community Development Department of the City of Astoria is responsible for economic development, land use planning, zoning administration, building inspection, and historic preservation. The Department provides staff support to the Planning Commission, the Historic Landmarks Commission, the Design Review Committee, and the Traffic Safety Advisory Committee.

Clallam Economic Development Council - The Clallam County Economic Development Council assists incumbent businesses with expansion or retention needs. The Council supports new business investment to diversify the economy and create family wage jobs.  They provide confidential assistance site-selection, labor force, tax incentives and access to financing.

The Climate Trust - The Climate Trust is a leading non-profit organization dedicated to providing solutions to stabilize our rapidly changing climate. The sole mission of The Climate Trust is to promote climate change solutions by providing high quality greenhouse gas offset projects and advancing sound offset policy.

Coastal Enterprises, Inc. (CEI) - CEI is a private, nonprofit Community Development Corporation (CDC) and Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) founded in 1977 to develop job-creating natural resources and small business ventures in primarily rural regions of Maine. A pioneer in the CDC/CDFI field, CEI is one of the nation's premiere rural CDC/CDFIs. CEI serves all of Maine, its primary market, and areas of northern New England and upstate New York.

Columbia River Inter-Tribal Fish Commission -  The Warm Springs, Yakama, Umatilla, and Nez Perce tribes joined together in 1977 to renew their authority in fisheries management. The tribes created a coordinating and technical organization to support their joint and individual exercise of sovereign authority. Based as it was on a time-tested tradition, the new organization, the Columbia River Inter-Tribal Fish Commission, became a valuable means for organized intertribal representation in regional planning, policy, and decision-making.

Community-Minded Enterprises - Community-Minded Enterprises is a non-profit catalyst organization which facilitates and enhances community well being. Community-Minded Enterprises offers skills, strategies, and services through which communities achieve their potential. We, the staff and board of Community-Minded Enterprises, believe that in communities one finds the ingredients for making the world work. One ingredient, for example, is the hope so many of us have to live in harmony with our neighbors, to see not only that we thrive ourselves, but that our neighbors and their families also thrive. Because of the power of this hope, a power which we think remains under-actualized-we are optimistic about the future of the world.

Community Seafood Initiative (CSI) - The Community Seafood Initiative was launched in 2001 by the Oregon State University Seafood Laboratory in Astoria, OR and Enterprise Cascadia, Ilwaco, WA to increases economic opportunities for locally-owned fishing and seafood businesses operating in Oregon and Washington coastal communities. By developing a new service delivery model that combines applied research, and training education and workshops with business, finance and community economic development resources, CSI the Initiative has helped several local seafood businesses to gain a competitive edge and improve their bottom line in today's fiercely competitive global seafood market.

Coquille Economic Development Corporation (CEDCO) - As the primary business arm of the Coquille Indian Tribe, CEDCO strives not just to establish long-term self-sufficiency for our Tribal Members, but also to form positive strategic partnerships with non-Tribal entities throughout the community and the region. These multi-faceted operations are founded on core Coquille Tribal values: honesty, integrity and teamwork.

Columbia River Estuary Study Taskforce - CREST provides coastal and estuarine technical services for members; coordinates activities between local, state, and federal agencies; and provides information, maps, and educational materials to citizens of the region. CREST assists local jurisdictions with permitting issues, zoning ordinance, comprehensive plan and shoreline master plan amendments, estuarine impact analysis, wetlands issues, dredging issues, and water quality issues.

Jefferson Land Trust - Jefferson Land Trust is a private, non-profit, grass-roots organization. Our mission is to help the community to preserve open space, working lands and habitat in east Jefferson County on the beautiful Olympic Peninsula of Washington State. Landowners work with a Land Trust when they wish to permanently protect wetlands, floodplains, farmlands, wildlife corridors, and scenic areas from inappropriate development.

Jefferson LandWorks Collaborative  - Jefferson LandWorks Collaborative is an innovative network of organizations in Jefferson County, WA that work strategically to keep our rural landscape economically viable.  Our eight partners offer landowners a variety of tools to assist them in business planning, resource conservation, education, technical assistance, marketing and more.  Our unique and creative approach to land preservation and rural economic development has been praised and replicated throughout the Northwest.

Mountain Association for Community Economic Development (MACED) - MACED works to create economic alternatives that make a difference to people and places in eastern Kentucky and Central Appalachia. We invest in good ideas and help others move their good ideas forward.

Northwest Natural Resource Group (NNRG) - NNRG supports the growth of the profitable, sustainable, and environmentally sound timber industry in Washington State, primarily through their Northwest Certified Forestry program for small landowners. NNRG has been a long-time advocate for Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certification in the Northwest and continues to work to make certification affordable, functional, and accessible to everyone participating in the forest products economy.

ONABEN - ONABEN is a non-profit, public-benefit corporation created by Northwest Indian Tribes to increase the success of private businesses owned by Native Americans. ONABEN offers training and support focused on developing entrepreneurship in Indian communities.   Programs are available to any Native American (regardless of tribal affiliation) and services are provided at local sites.

Oregon Economic and Community Development Department - The Economic and Community Development Department provides economic and community development and cultural enhancement throughout the state, and administers programs that assist businesses, communities and people.

Oregon State University Seafood Laboratory - The Oregon State University Seafood Laboratory (OSU-SFL) was established in Astoria, Oregon in 1940 to meet the increasing needs of the seafood industry. The principal goals of the OSU-SFL are research and development; extension Service to the fishing industry; and graduate research, training and instruction. Specific research projects include new methods to measure surimi quality, the use of high pressure processing in oysters and other seafood products, value-added product development, seafood safety and marketing of several seafood products including tuna and whiting in the U.S. and foreign markets.

Port of Newport - The Port of Newport's mission is to "Promote and support projects and programs, in cooperation with other community organizations and businesses, that will create new jobs and increase community economic development." The Port Commission identifies maintenance of deep-water ocean access, maintenance of adequate water depth at Port berths and moorage sites, adequate inventory of developable land, policy and regulatory climate that provides reasonable access to fishery stocks and natural resources, and competitive Port facilities and services as critical success factors that are vital to accomplishing the Port’s mission and to the financial health of the Port.

Triple Bottom Line Collaborative – The Triple Bottom Line Collaborative (TBLC) consists of ten CDFI organizations across America that are working together to integrate ecological well being into their strategies and tactics. TBLC is supported by the Ford Foundation and its member organizations, and staffed by SBEC and Coastal Enterprises of Wiscasset, Maine.

Umpqua Community Development Corporation - Umpqua CDC was established in 1991 to develop affordable housing for low-moderate income residents and to promote economic development in Douglas County, OR. We began operations by developing affordable multi-family rental housing complexes. In 1999, they expanded to serve Coos and Curry Counties through housing and economic development activities. Over the15 years of operations, they have met the housing and economic goals by creating major business lines with interrlations between each of them.
